I recently bought a 2016 BMW 118i m sport from ITA motors and they were brilliant to deal with. We had a good chat about the car prior to buying and it was an easy purchasing experience. Unfortunately I've had some unexpected problems with the car, through no fault of ITA, which weren't covered within the warranty but ITA were extremely helpful in organising diagnostics and repairs due to the circumstances and really ensured I had a great experience with them. I couldn't be happier.
